It's weird looking back on the old pages. Rose and Roger look different in almost every panel but it's probably because I was being fairly indecisive with their designs. I also barreled headfirst into the comic before I did any model sheets. Oh well! At least the new pages feel tighter and warmer even if I'm doing them at a breakneck speed.
33% HUZZAH
Baw... The only thing left after I finish all the redos, are touch ups on some of the later pages.

Date: 2009-06-25 03:20 pm (UTC)What's the process you go through? Pencil, ink, scan, trace with a digital drawing pad and then color in a coloring program? If so, what coloring program do you use? If not, I'm not sure how much of the process you'd like to talk about, but any information would be awesome. :D
I guess I'm asking because I want to do illustrations for my novel, and I want to digitally color the illustrations. Coloring is hard for me in general, and so digitally coloring is even harder (I was coloring using GIMP).

Here are two tutorials I did to show my process:
How I Create a Page
My Photoshop Layers
I use a Wacom Intuos 3 table and Photoshop CS3 on a PC.
