Thanks hun!
I do the entire page digitally since when I tried to do it the traditional way (pencils, inking, scanning) I about lost my mind. So now as a big time saver, I just skip right to the digital side of it.
Here are two tutorials I did to show my process:

My Photoshop Layers
I use a Wacom Intuos 3 table and Photoshop CS3 on a PC.
